to support our recruitment team through administration, candidate management, sourcing, and recruitment coordination.

About Us
At Guardian Childcare & Education, we're on a mission to provide outstanding care and education to children aged six weeks to six years. We're seeking a agile Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us find exceptional individuals who share our passion.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment administration across the hiring process
Review applications and maintain candidate records within our recruitment system
Conduct phone screening and suitability conversations with candidates
Reach out to passive candidates and talent pools to discuss current opportunities
Prepare employment documentation and support onboarding processes
Complete compliance and pre-employment checks
Monitor recruitment activity and maintain accurate data and reporting
What you will bring:
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar coordination role
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence communicating with candidates over the phone
A professional and engaging communication style
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience using recruitment systems or HR platforms is highly regarded
