About the Role:
As Centre Manager, you will lead a passionate and collaborative team across our 62-place Yanchep service,



driving high-quality education and care while fostering a positive and inclusive culture for children, families, and educators alike.
You will play a key role in:
Leading and mentoring a high-performing team
Building solid relationships with families and the local community
Supporting quality practice and educational excellence
Ensuring compliance, child safety, and operational success
Inspiring a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement
Creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for children and educators
About You:
Have previous leadership experience within Early Childhood Education
Are passionate about pedagogy and quality practice
Value child safety, compliance, and best-practice governance
Lead with empathy, professionalism, and authenticity
Enjoy mentoring and developing teams
Are organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Love building positive team culture and strong family relationships
