SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Certification
4–5 End-to-End Implementations in EC & Compensation
Experience with Integration Centre and EC Integrations
Robust understanding of HR Business Processes and Talent Management
Nice to Have
Core HR, Time Management & Attendance Modules
Additional SuccessFactors Certifications (RCM, RMK, ONB 2.0, PMGM, LMS)
