On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency we are looking for experienced Instructional Designers with a passion for creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences to join a collaborative team delivering innovative learning solutions that make a real impact.
The Role
You'll design and develop contemporary learning programs that support frontline teams through a blend of eLearning, virtual, face-to-face and on-the-job learning solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate business needs into engaging, accessible training that drives capability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning content, including eLearning, facilitator guides, learner resources and blended learning solutions.
Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend effective training solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning programs meet business objectives.
Develop accessible learning materials aligned with WCAG standards.
Create content using Articulate Rise, Storyline and Microsoft Office.
Support facilitation and train-the-trainer activities where required.
To be considered, you will bring
Demonstrated experience in instructional design and learning development.
Strong skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning methodologies.
The ability to simplify complex information into engaging, user-friendly content.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and consultation skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in an agile environment.
Highly Regarded
3+ years' experience in Learning & Development.
Qualifications in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Adult Education or Training (TAE desirable).
Experience developing learning for operational or frontline environments.
Knowledge or lived experience of disability or accessibility.
Experience with emerging learning technologies and digital learning solutions.
