MST-CAN® Therapist – Goulburn

MST-CAN® is an internationally recognised, evidence-based program supporting families experiencing significant challenges, including abuse and neglect concerns. Working alongside families in their homes and communities, you will help create meaningful, lasting change for children and young people.
About the Role
Deliver intensive therapeutic support to children, young people, and families
Experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy including trauma treatment
Work collaboratively with Child Protection and local community services
Use evidence-based approaches including family systems and CBT interventions
Manage a caseload with solid clinical support and supervision
The role requires flexibility to participate in a roster that supports service delivery requirements
Rostered hours and on-call responsibilities are shared across the team and provided in advance
On-call responsibility is by phone only
About You
A degree qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
A master's qualification is highly regarded.
Applicants with relevant experience, equivalent qualifications, and demonstrated clinical capability will also be considered
Experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families
Strong therapeutic, assessment, and risk management skills
Knowledge of trauma, family systems/therapy,



CBT, and child protection practice
A commitment to culturally safe, evidence-based practice

$ 115,****** (negotiable upon exp) + super + salary packaging
