The Role
We're seeking an experienced
Supply Planning Manager
to lead our inventory, demand, and replenishment planning function.
Reporting to the General Manager and based in South Australia, you will play a critical leadership role in balancing customer service, working capital, and supply chain efficiency. You'll work closely with Buying, Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and the Category Insights & Strategy team to deliver data-driven planning outcomes that support business growth.
Leading a team, you will drive forecasting accuracy, optimise inventory levels, manage supplier performance, and embed best-practice S&OP; processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end inventory, demand,
and replenishment planning across multiple sites
Develop accurate forecasts in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Category Insights
Monitor and optimise key inventory metrics (service levels, stock turns, ageing, excess)
Implement strategies to improve inventory efficiency and reduce obsolescence
Manage supplier performance, replenishment, and supply continuity
Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply planning with commercial and operational needs
Drive system accuracy and leverage ERP and reporting tools (e.g. NetSuite, Power BI) for insights
Embed and continuously improve S&OP; and demand planning processes
Deliver reporting on inventory health, supplier performance, and supply risks
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing planning team
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain leadership
Strong background in multi-site or multi-location distribution environments
Experience with ERP and planning systems (NetSuite and/or Netstock highly regarded)
Advanced analytical capability, including Excel and Power BI (preferred)
Solid understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and S&OP; principles
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance (preferred)
