We've partnered with a massively successful, globally recognisedconsumer e-commerce brand to find their next PR & Partnerships Manager.
This is a high-energy, creative and data-driven position where you will completely own and scale a massive global Ambassador Program.
You'll report directly to the Brand Director and get to lead and mentor a talented PR Coordinator to help you hit your targets.
Day-to-day
Scaling the Ambassador Program: You will find and on board the best rising creators globally who genuinely match the brand's aesthetic. You'll focus on real engagement and true brand love over follower counts.
Creating Magic: You'll design PR gifting and seeding packages that look so incredible creators want to post about them organically.
Riding the Wave: You will align digital hype with real-world moments, executing rapid-response campaigns around music festival seasons, university events, and viral trends.
Leading the Team: You will mentor and manage a PR Coordinator, helping delegate work flowsand keeping the team firing on all cylinders.
Tracking the Data: You'll keep a highly organised, high-visibility Ambassador Dashboard to manage shipments, track deliverables, and prove the ROI of your organic campaigns.
What we're looking for:




The Experience: 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital community building. You have a proven track record of managing a high-volume creator network or rep program.
The Industry Fit: A background within a fast-paced retail, lifestyle, consumer goods, or fashion e-commerce environment is essential, with strong experience managing influencer/rep networks.
The Culture: You live on social media, understand digital subcultures inside out, and love executing ideas.
The Mindset: You are creative but equally love clean spreadsheets and data-driven tracking. You stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
