As Branch Manager for our Newman branch, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our team and ensuring seamless banking experiences across multiple channels.
What is a Multi-Channel Branch?
• Tuesday and Thursday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
• Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
Your Impact
As Branch Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve individual and branch targets.
Foster a culture where people are empowered to thrive and grow their careers.
Build strong networks in your local community and identify current business opportunities.
Ensure exceptional service delivery across lending, deposits, and wealth management products.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and taking action.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assist customers with general banking transactions and enquiries.
Build meaningful connections face-to-face and through direct channels.
Guide customers in using in-branch technology and digital banking options.




Complete Financial Health Checks and process applications for relevant products.
Motivate and mentor your team to deliver seamless customer experiences.
