About The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager Quality & Care Excellence and their senior leadership team, you'll play a critical role supporting a senior healthcare leader responsible for clinical governance, quality, risk and resident outcomes across Regis.
This is more than diary management. You'll become a trusted partner, helping coordinate priorities, support governance processes, prepare business papers and contribute to projects that directly influence the quality of care delivered across our homes.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing complex calendars, meetings and executive priorities
Coordinating committee and governance processes
Preparing agendas, papers,
presentations and executive correspondence
Supporting minute‐taking and action tracking across clinical and quality forums
Assisting with projects, reporting and operational initiatives
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
What You'll Bring
Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Practice Manager or similar experience
Exposure to healthcare, aged care, hospital, clinical, quality, patient services or other regulated environments
Confidence navigating clinical terminology and healthcare documentation
Strong writing skills with experience preparing minutes, reports or governance materials
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Professional judgement, discretion and a proactive approach
