The Star Brisbane is seeking a Guest Support Officer (GSO) to promote safer gambling on the gaming floor. In this floor-based role you will engage with guests, conduct warm check-ins and support adherence to time-based play requirements.
Reporting to Safer Gambling Managers, you will deliver empathetic on-floor interactions, refer guests to support services, and collaborate with internal teams to raise awareness of safer gambling practices.
