Community Living Project (CLP) partners with people with disability and their families to self-direct support and live purposeful, connected and valued lives in their communities.
About the Manager - Community Living Services role
Reporting to the CEO, the Manager leads day-to-day operations across CLP's Community Living Services. You will support Community Living Facilitators, strengthen individualised arrangements, uphold CLP's values and ensure services are secure, sustainable and aligned with each person's vision for a good life.
This role suits a calm, thoughtful leader who can balance operational complexity with respect for people with disability, families, workers and community.
Location: Christies Beach, South Australia, with services delivered across community settings
Employment: Common law employment arrangement
Flexible work arrangements are available.
What you will do
Provide day-to-day operational leadership across Community Living Services.
Lead, supervise and mentor Community Living Facilitators, supporting reflective practice, accountability and values-aligned decision making.
Work with people and families to ensure supports are individualised, person-centred and grounded in each person's interests, strengths, relationships and aspirations.
Build effective working relationships with people supported by CLP, their key loved ones, workers,
facilitators and external stakeholders.
Oversee incidents, complaints, safeguarding, risks, documentation and escalation.
Manage resources, compliance, continuous improvement and organisational learning.
About you
You are a calm, organised, values-driven leader with experience in disability, community services, allied health, nursing or another human services setting. You bring strong skills in supervision, risk management, safeguarding, communication, budgeting and compliance, and share CLP's belief that people with disability are people first, with gifts, aspirations and contributions to make.
