and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Service & SupportDeliver priority on-site and remote support for AV and videoconferencing systemsDiagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial-grade AV equipmentPerform preventative and corrective maintenance activitiesRespond to incidents and service requests within agreed service levelsProvide technical assistance and user support for AV and VC technologiesDevelop and maintain user guides and operational documentationMaintain accurate asset registers, spare parts inventories and service recordsAssist with repair quotations where warranties have expiredEnsure all work is completed in accordance with company quality standards and customer expectationsAbout YouYou're a proactive and customer-focused AV professional who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and working with a variety of technologies and environments.You take pride in delivering high-quality work, building strong customer relationships, and continually developing your technical expertise.Essential Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience within the Audio Visual industryStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilityExperience supporting AV and videoconferencing systemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong customer service orientationAbility to manage competing priorities and work autonomouslyConstruction Industry White CardCurrent Australian Driver's LicencePreferred QualificationsUndergraduate qualification or relevant technical certification in a related fieldExperience supporting enterprise AV, unified communications or collaboration technologiesUnderstanding of service management principles and ticketing systems
