Explorers Early Learning is seeking an experienced Network Quality & Compliance Lead to lead quality assurance, governance and regulatory compliance across our growing network of centres. You will influence strategy, coach leaders and ensure child safety and service standards across all sites.
You'll drive continuous improvement, strengthen governance systems and prepare centres for Assessment & Rating, with a focus on achieving Exceeding outcomes for children, families and teams.
