We have more than 165 stores within our network and our values; Customers at heart, People First, Passion for Coffee and Food, Own it, and Evolve, are not just values, but our way of life.The Opportunity:The Retail Construction Project Manager will play an essential part in overseeing the successful end-to-end implementation of new QSR stores, refurbishments, and other key projects across the organisation.Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders along with the planning, implementation, and flawless execution of key construction deliverables ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to budget and in accordance with approved design documentation and compliance standards.You'll shine here if you enjoy...A passionate and driven construction project professional with a strong background in QSR construction, shopfitting and fast paced retail environment.Managing end-to-end store delivery - from design to handover - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Soul Origin's brand and safety standardsWorking closely with franchise partners, landlords, designers, and shopfitters to align on goals, expectations, and outcomesLeading the tendering, procurement, and contractor management process for new stores and refurbishmentsEnsuring compliance with building codes,



WHS requirements, and Soul Origin's operational standardsDriving value engineering and cost management, balancing efficiency with design integritySupporting and collaborating with internal teams - including Leasing, Operations, Marketing, and Brand - to bring each store to lifeTaking ownership of defect rectification, certification, and project close-outContributing ideas that enhance store design, improve build efficiency, and deliver better franchise outcomesWe would love to hear from you if you have:Qualification in Construction, Building, Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldMinimum 5+ years' experience managing retail or hospitality fit outs (QSR experience essential, drive-thru experience is highly regarded)Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and concurrentlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a sharp eye for detailWillingness to travel interstate to visit sites and support franchise partnersWhy work with us?
