supporting the day-to-day operations and projects for project managers in our Narre Warren office.As a Project Support Officer, you will be a high level of administrative support to Business and Service Line teams across the Project Lifecycle, working particularly closely with Project Managers and Business/Service Line leaders to deliver successful projects.Your main duties will include:Support Project Managers (PM's) with project costs, budget and margins during the proposal and project stagesSupport with collations and preparation of tender and bid documentsMaintain registers and CRM systems, ensuring go/no-go documentation is recorded correctlySupport PM's with invoice and debtor follow upPlan and schedule project activitiesManage all aspects of supplier and subcontractor interactionsReporting, timesheets, QA and compliance, expense claimsProvide general administrative support, as requiredQualificationsTo be successful in this opportunity, you will ideally have demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting technical electrical distribution or energy projects.
In addition, you will also have:Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environmentHighly developed organisation and prioritisation skillsA courteous, polite, respectful and professional mannerAble to work proactively with minimal directionExcellent personal presentation and demeanourIntermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel,
