Help deliver redress schemes that support people affected by past harm.Keep important records, payments and projects running smoothly every day.Work in a caring team where your work has a real impact.Build skills across project support, finance and business operations.Fixed-term, full-time role until 31st December ****, earning $81,496 - $98,955 per year, plus super.About This RoleHelp deliver redress schemes that support people affected by past harm.Keep important records, payments and projects running smoothly every day.Work in a caring team where your work has a real impact.Build skills across project support, finance and business operations.Fixed-term, full-time role until 31st December ****, earning $81,496 - $98,955 per year, plus super.What You Will DoAs business & project coordinator, you will support the daily delivery of important redress schemes.You will help the team provide timely, accurate and confidential services for participants.You Willprovide high-quality project and administrative support across the strategy and operations (redress) teammaintain accurate records, reports, correspondence and information in line with department standardsprocess timely finance tasks, including counselling, restorative engagement activities and redress paymentscoordinate meetings, provide secretariat support and follow up agreed actions when neededsupport the review and improvement of policies, procedures and manuals while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional integrity.About YouA qualification or relevant experience in human services, victim support, case management,
restorative justice or similar government work is desirable.
You will also be comfortable working with sensitive and sometimes distressing material with care and respect.You Should Also Haveproven experience providing administration support in a complex work environmentstrong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations or databases, and experience with Oracle or a similar finance systemthe ability to plan work, solve problems and improve processes with careful attention to detailempathy, cultural awareness, flexibility and the ability to build positive working relationships.To learn even more about this role, please read the position description.
