FionaStanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG) is seeking anexperienced and driven Coordinator OrganisationalRisk to play a critical leadership role in strengtheningrisk management practices across one of Western Australia's largestand most complex health service providers.
This is aunique opportunity for a risk professional to contribute to bothclinical and corporate risk management, supporting patient safety,organisational resilience, quality improvement, and strategicdecision-making. Working closely with executive leaders,clinicians, managers and key stakeholders, you will coordinate theimplementation and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide riskframeworks that support excellence in healthcaredelivery.
Thesuccessful applicant shall provide leadership in the management,coordination, and facilitation of the FSFHG Risk ManagementFramework and risk management system. Ensure FSFHG meetsrequirements in relation to risk management (corporate andclinical) in accordance with relevant Australian Standards andhealth service standards.

FionaStanley Hospital (FSH)
is an 863-bed tertiary andquaternary hospital providing a broad range of specialisedhealthcare services. These include the State RehabilitationService, a comprehensive cancer centre, dedicated mental healthfacilities, maternity, paediatric and neonatal care, as well as theState Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers highly specialisedtreatments such as heart and lung transplantation and hyperbaricmedicine. Adjacent to the hospital, the FSH Medihoteloperates within the Aegis Health Building and provides aninnovative extension of FSH healthcare services, operating 24 hoursa day, seven days a week.
FremantleHospitalis a 300-bed specialist hospital deliveringhigh-quality aged care, mental health, rehabilitation, plannedsurgery and medical services. Supporting the tertiary andquaternary services of Fiona Stanley Hospital, Fremantle Hospitalprovides a broad range of specialist care across areas includingorthopaedics, general and plastic surgery, ENT, specialised handsurgery, ophthalmology, urology, vascular, endoscopy, dental andmaxillofacial, and women's health services.
