Permanent - Full Time Position | $90k - $100kWe're Looking for a Business Manager to Help Lead Our Next Chapter of GrowthBowhill Engineering is entering an exciting recent stage of growth, and we're looking for an experienced and people-focused Business Manager to help lead the business through its next chapter.This is a unique leadership opportunity within a growing engineering and manufacturing business, helping strengthen our systems, support our people, and build the structure required to grow from approximately 60 employees to 90+ and beyond.Working closely with the CEO, senior leaders and support teams, you will provide leadership, coordination and accountability across HR, Administration, WHSE and Finance.
This role is not about doing everything yourself.
It is about leading people, strengthening accountability, improving processes and ensuring the business operates efficiently while maintaining the practical, down-to-earth culture that makes Bowhill Engineering a great place to work.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGDemonstrated experience in a senior business, operations, administration, HR, finance or management roleStrong business acumen with experience managing budgets,
