This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional logistics business where accuracy, customer service and teamwork are highly valued.What's On OfferStable, full-time permanent opportunityJoin an established and growing international logistics businessVaried role with genuine responsibility and autonomySupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to further develop your export and logistics expertiseConvenient Port Adelaide locationAbout the RoleAs the Export Administrator, you'll coordinate the end-to-end administration of export sea freight shipments, ensuring documentation, bookings and customer requirements are completed accurately and on time.Your Responsibilities Will IncludePreparing and processing export documentation including Bills of Lading, Export Declarations (EDNs), Certificates of Origin and other export documentationCoordinating export bookings with shipping lines, transport providers and freight partnersManaging shipment schedules, cut-off times and cargo movementsLiaising with customers, overseas agents, customs brokers,
and regulatory authoritiesMonitoring shipment progress and resolving operational issuesPreparing freight quotations and assisting with invoicing and supplier paymentsMaintaining accurate shipment records and system updatesEnsuring compliance with Australian Border Force (ABF), DAFF Biosecurity and international shipping requirementsContributing to process improvements and operational efficiencyAbout YouTo Be Successful, You'll Ideally BringMinimum 3 years' experience in export administration, freight forwarding or international logisticsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience coordinating international sea freight shipmentsStrong knowledge of export documentation and freight processesUnderstanding of Incoterms and Australian export requirementsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsExperience with freight systems such as Expedient, ImpexDocs or ICS will be highly regardedExperience within agricultural exports will be advantageous, but not essentialWe're Looking for Someone Who IsHighly organised and reliableProactive and solutions focusedCustomer focused with excellent communication skillsAble to work independently while contributing positively to the teamAdaptable, accountable, and committed to continuous improvementIf you're looking for a long-term opportunity where you can build on your export logistics experience and play an key role in a professional, customer-focused business, we'd love to hear from you.Note that this is an onsite role and so applicants must be currently located in Adelaide with full working rights to be considered.
