As a Product Systems Analyst | Salesforce - Sales & Marketing (known internally as a Business Analyst), you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our Salesforce platform enables teams to connect with prospects, convert leads, and build lasting member relationships.
Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate sales and marketing priorities into scalable, high-impact solutions. You'll identify the opportunities that matter most, define clear and actionable requirements, and partner closely with technical teams to bring them to life - faster, smarter, and with measurable impact.
Your work will directly influence how we attract, engage, and retain members, ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools, insights, and processes they need to succeed. From optimising lead journeys to enhancing campaign effectiveness, you will help unlock better outcomes for both our people and our members.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely
with product managers, software engineers,
designers and key stakeholders to clarify goals, uncover assumptions, and drive alignment and delivery across the team.
Capture and communicate concepts, requirements and future vision
using formats that best support understanding — whether that's a User Story, written summary, annotated diagram, mock flow, table, or brief walkthrough.
Maintain a communication-first mindset
— always tailoring documentation and artifacts to the audience and purpose, never defaulting to one-size-fits-all formats.
Have an AI first mindset
– be excited to utilise AI technology to supercharge your work.
Proactively identify gaps, edge cases, and logic issues
, and work with the team to address them early in the process.
Drive cross-functional problem-solving
, helping the team navigate ambiguity, frame trade-offs, and stay focused on user and business outcomes.
What you'll bring / Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
A passion for technology and what we are trying to achieve
Experience working with modern technology teams in cross-functional environments with fast delivery cycles.
A good understanding of how modern, integrated systems work at a technical level including how data, processes, and logic flow across platforms with the ability to map and reason about those interactions clearly.
Strong problem solving and modelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and structure them in a way that supports clear thinking, alignment, and smart decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills where every artifact is designed with the audience and goal in mind.
Beneficial
Relevant tertiary qualification in an Information Technology or a related discipline
Experience in a similar role in a retail/leisure or other B2C environment which included ecommerce systems, mobile app, and/or Salesforce as the ecosystem
Hands-on experience with one or more tools in our stack, namely: Salesforce, Workday, React, React-Native mobile apps, Azure, .NET.
A willingness to experiment with and apply AI tools to speed up your work and improve its quality.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with delivering data migrations
