About The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will provide commercial leadership and support to project teams, ensuring commercial performance, contractual compliance and risk mitigation objectives are achieved.
Additionally, You'll
Lead commercial negotiations relating to claims, variations, contract renewals and dispute resolution
Provide commercial and contractual support to operational and project teams
Identify and mitigate commercial risks while driving revenue assurance initiatives




Manage supply chain commercial activities, including contract preparation, onboarding and compliance requirements
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve positive commercial outcomes
Support continuous improvement of commercial processes, governance frameworks and contract administration practices
About You
Experience in commercial, contracts or project commercial management roles
Strong understanding of contract law, commercial frameworks and contract administration principles
Proven experience managing claims, contract variations, negotiations and commercial risk
Ability to influence and build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering positive business outcomes
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
