Practice Manager
to lead our administrative and operational team and support the continued growth of our practice.
This is an exciting leadership chance for someone who enjoys managing people, improving systems, and contributing to the success of a growing healthcare organisation.
Key Responsibilities
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, including:
Overseeing the daily operations of the practice to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient service.
Leading, mentoring and supporting the reception and administrative team.
Managing reception operations, appointment scheduling and patient enquiries.
Performing a range of administrative and operational duties to support the business.
Coordinating and liaising with reporting radiologists to ensure timely and accurate reporting services.
Assisting with workflow management and maintaining high service standards.
Developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote Precision Radiology and strengthen referrer relationships.
Building and maintaining relationships with referring doctors, specialists and allied health providers.
Coordinating recruitment,



onboarding and performance management of administrative and technical staff.
Assisting with staff rostering and workforce planning.
Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
Ensuring compliance with accreditation, privacy legislation and healthcare regulations.
Supporting the Directors with strategic planning and business development initiatives.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Operations Manager or senior healthcare administration role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in healthcare, medical imaging or specialist practice management (highly desirable).
Experience in recruitment and staff development.
Marketing and business development experience.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
High level of professionalism, initiative and attention to detail.
Strong computer skills and experience with medical practice software.
