With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to safety, quality and teamwork, we are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to support site operations and drive successful project outcomes.The RoleReporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, managing site logistics and supporting the delivery team to meet programme and quality targets.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate subcontractors,



suppliers and site Labourer to ensure smooth project deliveryAssist in implementing construction programs and site plansOversee day-to-day site operations including deliveries and trade coordinationEnsure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standardsSupport quality assurance by monitoring works and ensuring compliance with specificationsIdentify and address site issues, risks and defects earlyMaintain clear communication with site teams and managementPromote a positive, productive and safe site cultureAbout YouExperience: Minimum 5+ years experience in a Leading Hand or similar role.
Background in commercial or industrial construction projects.
Experience coordinating multiple trades and site activities.Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate trades and manage workflow in office.
Solid planning and organisational skills.
Proactive approach to problem solving and safety management.
Team-focused with a commitment to delivering quality projects.Qualifications & Licences: Trade qualification preferred.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Relevant site tickets/training advantageous (e.g. working at heights, confined spaces).
Driver's Licence required.Why Join?
