In this role,



you will:Produce high-quality detailed engineering drawings in software such as Revit and AutoCAD.Foster collaboration between disciplines and project team members, both internal and external, to ensure consistent and coordinated design and documentation.Maintain an understanding of construction methodology to inform design.Preferred to have an understanding of relevant Australian Standards and Codes, drafting requirements for local authorities and government departmentsEnjoy working in a cooperative teamComfortable leading and influencing othersQualifications And SkillsTo be successful in your application, you should have:3+ years of demonstrated experience in the design and documentation of temporary works and/or construction engineering using software like Revit and AutoCAD.Knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design.Exposure to and experienced in construction practice and standards.Good knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and Codes.
I don't think many techs have knowledge of Aust Standards, and probably don't really need to.
I feel this might eliminate some candidates.
