About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly organized
Assistant Project Manager / PMO Analyst
to support project planning, governance, and execution across multiple business initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, PMO leaders, and cross‐functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource schedules.
Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to plan.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Support project budgeting, resource allocation, and workload planning.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in developing mitigation plans.
PMO Governance & Reporting
Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO standards, policies, and best practices.
Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations.
Maintain project documentation, governance records, and reporting templates.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational standards.
Assist in portfolio tracking and project performance reviews.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Analyze project data and operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in developing business cases, project documentation, and management reports.
Evaluate project performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
Contribute to business transformation and strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Support cross‐functional collaboration and issue resolution.
Build strong working relationships across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business analysis, operations, or related roles is preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet,
or similar project management tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies is preferred.
CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage.
