Our client is a global multi-disciplinary corporate with a strong pipeline of M&A; transactions, strategic investments, and value creation initiatives. Due to their robust pipeline, they are seeking a Senior Analyst to join their highly-credentialled M&A; Corporate Development team.
As a member of this high performing team, you will be involved in global and domestic transactions including acquisitions, divestments, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. You will lead and assist with various workstreams, support senior leaders, and engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Your key responsibilities may include:
Assisting with and leading the evaluation and execution of global transactions
Undertaking financial modelling and analysis, commercial and financial due diligence, legal, tax and other workstreams
Preparing investment papers,
executive presentations, and other decision-support documents
Coordinating advisors and working with other internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Advising the business to support value creation and growth
The successful candidate will ideally have 2-4 years' experience across Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Big 4 Corporate Finance or Corporate Development and have:
Genuine interest in organic and inorganic growth and the workings of operational businesses
Proven financial modelling and analysis skills
Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive approach and drive to take ownership
Experience in industrials or infrastructure a bonus
