We foster a learning culture that allows for us to continually invest in our employees ensuring a long-term career here at EML.THE OPPORTUNITYAs part of our diverse team based in Sydney, you will help make a positive impact on someone's life every day.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience, an allied health background or previous case management experience to join EML's Specialised Insurance Group (SIG), supporting our Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII) and Trinity Insurance portfolios.As a Claims Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of physical and psychological claims, supporting injured workers through the end-to-end claims process.
This may include determining liability, coordinating treatment, managing payments, facilitating case conferences and supporting recovery and return to work outcomes.Within SIG, you will be supported by experienced Team Leaders, Technical Specialists and Injury Management professionals who are there to guide your development and success in the role.As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a face-to-face Assessment Centre on Wednesday, 5th August **** in Sydney.This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Sydney office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three,



subject to performance and approval.Your ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of physical and psychological claimsLiaise with injured workers, employers, providers and internal stakeholdersSupport recovery and return to work planningManage payments, treatment approvals and claim reviewsFacilitate case conferences and stakeholder meetings as requiredAbout YouStrong customer service experienceAllied health, rehabilitation or case management experience is highly regardedExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsResilient, empathetic and able to manage competing prioritiesThrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentPassionate about helping people get their lives backWhat We OfferWe stand together as equals.
