We're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a critical transformation program within the health sector.
This is a hands‐on contract opportunity where you'll lead the end‐to‐end change management workstream for the implementation of a new Clinical & Care Governance platform. Working closely with business and project stakeholders, you'll drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption across a large, enterprise‐wide initiative.
About the Program
Implementation of a new Clinical & Care Governance system.
Migration of approximately 10,000 users to the new platform.
Development of interfaces between key business systems.
Supporting business readiness, adoption and transition activities.
Decommissioning of legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all change management activities across the program.
Develop and execute change management, communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
Create high-quality change collateral, including communications,
presentations and training materials.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and business readiness activities.
Support user adoption and organisational change throughout implementation.
Identify and manage change risks and issues.Work collaboratively with program and business stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
About You
You'll bring:
Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager on enterprise transformation programs.
A hands‐on approach to delivering organisational change.
Previous experience supporting M&A; or business integration initiatives.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience developing change collateral, communications and training material.
Health or aged care sector experience will be highly regarded.
