What You'll Do
Take ownership of the daily kitchen operations at Lake Cathie Manor
Prepare fresh,



nutritious meals for residents while maintaining high standards
Lead and support the kitchen team to deliver consistent service
Manage texture modified meals and dietary requirements with care and attention
Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance across the kitchen
Work closely with the site team to create a positive dining experience for residents
About You
Trade qualified Chef with experience leading a commercial kitchen
Confident managing a kitchen team and daily operations
Experience with bulk cooking and large-scale meal preparation
Understanding of texture modified foods and dietary requirements
Strong focus on food quality, presentation and consistency
Food Safety Supervisor certification
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
