We are seeking an experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our national recruitment strategy and elevate how we attract, engage and retain great people.
This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a complex, high-growth environment. You will bring a strong understanding of modern recruitment practices, workforce insights, technology and stakeholder partnership to deliver exceptional outcomes across Respect.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a talented national recruitment team and partner closely with executives, operational leaders and People & Culture teams to deliver a best-in-class talent acquisition function.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and executing a national Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to business growth and workforce priorities
Leading and coaching a high-performing recruitment team to deliver consistent outcomes for hiring managers across Respect
Building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, influencing workforce decisions through insights and market intelligence
Using data and analytics to identify trends,



measure performance and continuously improve recruitment outcomes
Leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance candidate experience, streamline processes and improve recruitment efficiency
Driving innovative sourcing strategies, including domestic and international talent pipelines
Strengthening employer brand and candidate attraction strategies in a competitive labour market
Providing meaningful workforce insights to support strategic decision-making
About you
You are a strategic Talent Acquisition leader who combines commercial thinking with a passion for people. You understand that great recruitment is about more than filling vacancies, it's about building capability and supporting organisational success.
You will bring:
Extensive experience leading Talent Acquisition functions within a large, complex organisation
Demonstrated success managing high-volume and specialist recruitment portfolios
Strong experience partnering with executive and operational stakeholders
A data-driven approach, with the ability to translate recruitment metrics and insights into business outcomes
Experience using recruitment technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience




A track record of designing and implementing recruitment strategies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
Experience leading, developing and inspiring recruitment teams
Experience within healthcare, aged care, community services or another highly regulated environment will be highly regarded.
