This role is ideal for an experienced professional who has managed technology projects within healthcare or regulated environments, working across multidisciplinary teams including clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.
You will be responsible for project delivery, from planning and coordination through to execution and reporting—supporting outcomes that are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program & Project Delivery
Manage the delivery of digital health or HealthTech projects with defined workstreams and dependencies.
Maintain and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource coordination.
Ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, schedule, quality, and risk parameters.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
Governance & Reporting
Support and maintain project governance processes.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control activities.
Support compliance with relevant regulatory, government, and assurance requirements.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Plan, coordinate, and deliver workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project documentation to support successful project outcomes.

Build solid relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians, operational teams, IT leaders, and client representatives.
Escalate delivery, resourcing, and risk matters appropriately and support resolution activities.
Delivery Excellence
Support structured delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Ensure readiness for key milestones, including UAT, go-live, and transition to BAU.
Apply quality assurance and stage-gate processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience
4+ years of experience delivering IT, digital, or software implementation projects.
Experience managing technology projects with multiple workstreams or stakeholder groups.
Experience working in highly regulated sectors (healthcare, government, finance, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams through important delivery phases.
Skills
Strong project planning, management and resource coordination capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Good understanding of governance, reporting, and assurance processes.
Ability to manage competing priorities, changing requirements, and project dependencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Health, or a related discipline.
Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, SAFe, or equivalent) highly regarded.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Ability to work in environments requiring security, probity, and compliance clearances.
