Avant is seeking a hands‐on Software Engineer to translate product strategy into high‐quality, secure software while guiding and uplifting a team of engineers. You'll work across the full stack—.NET C#, Azure, SQL Server and React—in an Agile setting and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Delivery and QA.
You will own technical design, champion best practices, and provide direction, mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement toward reliable, scalable systems.
