What you'll be doing
Leading your team to deliver fast, friendly, spot-on service at every register
Coaching and growing newer Store Assistants into confident team members
Championing fresh, full, beautifully rotated displays that make people stop and stare
Keeping cash secure and reconciled, every single shift
Teaming up with the Operations Coordinator to build rosters that hit budget
Setting the standard for a safe, spotless, well-run store
