Role Overview
The College is seeking a Head of Middle School who will lead a strong Middle School culture that is responsive to the developmental and educational needs of students in these year levels and aligned with the College's overall strategic direction. The Head of Middle School is accountable for the leadership, operation, pastoral care and strategic direction of the Middle School.
The role will lead the ongoing development, strengthening and implementation of a Middle School philosophy and culture that is responsive to the developmental and educational needs of students, and aligned with the College's Christian mission and ethos.
Responsibilities
Lead the Middle School culture, ensuring it meets developmental and educational needs of students.




Develop and implement Middle School educational strategy and outcomes.
Engage with the community to promote Middle School culture.
Manage Middle School operations, resources and delivery.
Ensure compliant, current and effective operational practice.
Provide skilled practice leadership and support to staff.
Qualifications
Accomplished school leader with experience in Christ‐centred education and excellence.
Experience leading educational strategy, student growth, and Middle School outcomes.
Experience leading community engagement and Middle School culture.
Experience leading Middle School operations, resources and delivery.
Knowledge of compliant operational practice and professional leadership.
