Curriculum at Morialta is collaboratively developed through a clear, quality-assured process that balances teacher agency with consistency. As we prepare for Year 11 in ****, our strong focus is on designing curriculum that deepens teacher and student agency, supports personalisation, and extends the innovative foundation of our collaborative middle school model.
The successful applicant will create and maintain safe, inclusive classroom environments where student voice and agency are supported. Restorative practices are used to build a strong culture and connected community.

Classroom Culture - Describe a time when you worked collaboratively with parents, school leaders and other stakeholders to support an individual student, a group of students or an entire class to improve learning and/or behaviour.
