Reporting to the Founder, the ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and is equally comfortable making high-level decisions and rolling up their sleeves when required.
Key responsibilities;
Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company objectives
Lead the day-to-day operations of the business across all functions
Monitor business performance through KPIs, reporting and forecasting
Identify commercial opportunities and implement initiatives that support long term growth
Oversee the annual marketing and communications strategy.
Manage CRM strategy, email marketing, social media, PR, partnerships and events
Grow domestic and international wholesale partnerships
Manage inventory, logistics and production workflows




Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
Key skills and experience;
Proven senior leadership experience within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion or premium consumer brands (jewellery preferred)
Experience across ecommerce, CRM, digital marketing and retail operations
Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting capability
Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva and retail POS systems is highly regarded
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
Exceptional leadership and people management abilities
