The Role
As a Manager at Bendelta, you will partner with leaders to explore complex leadership challenges and help translate emerging psychological insight into meaningful behavioural change and organisational impact. You will design and deliver leadership development experiences that are intellectually rigorous, practically impactful, and translate organisational psychology, rigorous evidence, and leading‐edge thinking into practical experiences that shift mindsets, behaviour and organisational performance. You will manage end‐to‐end delivery of leadership engagement, from early exploration and diagnosis through to design and facilitation, working closely with clients to understand context, challenge assumptions and co‐create tailored development journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Design leadership development programmes, including workshops, journeys and interventions grounded in organisational psychology.
Facilitate engaging and high‐impact learning experiences for leaders at all levels.
Apply organisational psychology, rigorous evidence and contemporary thinking, while exploring emerging ideas and technologies to continually evolve our practice.
Support end‐to‐end project delivery for leadership development engagements, ensuring quality, impact and client satisfaction.
Partner with clients to understand leadership capability needs and co‐create tailored solutions.
Build strong, trust‐based client relationships, staying close to client context and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen impact and extend the relationship.
Contribute actively to business development, including account planning, proposal development,
client conversations and the identification of new opportunities across new and existing clients.
Contribute to fostering an inclusive and thriving culture, supporting others' learning and growth.
Qualifications
You are an experienced consultant who enjoys working with complex organisational challenges and partnering with leaders and teams across sectors. You are curious about how organisations really work, comfortable with ambiguity, energized by learning, and combine strong analytical thinking with creativity and ambition to turn bold ideas into impact.
Postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Psychology (or equivalent)
5+ years' experience in management consulting, leadership development, organisational development or a related field.
Strong knowledge of theory, frameworks and emerging research, and the ability to apply these in practice.
Proven experience in designing and facilitating leadership development programmes and workshops.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and facilitating groups of leaders.
Strong problem‐solving and analytical capability, with the ability to translate insight into practical solutions.
An openness and agility to use AI and progressive tools to innovate and advance transformation.
Experience leading projects or workstreams within consulting or skilled services environments.
A commercial mindset with some exposure to business development activities.
