division in NSW, they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their Sydney team. Many of the projects are in Western Sydney with their office location in Silverwater.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for:
Delivering Electrical Construction projects for large Tier 1 builders including John Holland, CPB etc
Project manage Electrical Commercial Construction Projects for Tier 1 builders including, Commercial Towers, Hospitals, Health, Education, etc..
End-to-end project management from inception to handover




Driving meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at every stage of the project delivery lifecycle
Working on Sydney's most Iconic Electrical Construction Projects ranging from
$15m - $30m
(Experience in projects at this value is highly regarded)
Manage project costs including cash flow, budget approvals and invoicing
Salary on offer: $170K-$190k + Super + car allowance
ABOUT YOU
Must have Electrical Project Manager experience Min 5+ years
Mid to Senior level role
Hold an Electrical Licence / Engineer Or have extensive experience in Electrical Projects
Experience
managing projects valued $15m+
Experience delivering projects across; Commercial, Education or Health
Ability to travel to the Silverwater office
