WesTrac is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead the Rebuilds Execution team in Welshpool, WA. This role reports to the Senior Supervisor and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency align with customer expectations.
You will manage work orders, allocate tasks, and coach a mix of trades and contractors while maintaining WesTrac's SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer focus.
