Responsibilities
Own stories and smaller epics end to end,
from requirements refinement through build, testing, deployment and production support.
Build secure, reliable and scalable product features in partnership with Product Owners and engineering peers.
Work in an AI‐native engineering environment, using AI tools and agents to accelerate routine work while applying sound judgement to all outputs before deployment.
Contribute to design discussions and follow established engineering standards and patterns.
Help investigate and resolve production issues across the team's applications.
Support continuous improvement through documentation, knowledge sharing and process refinement.
Desired Skills and Experience
Hands‐on experience with PHP, React and modern web application development.
Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals, including SOLID, REST, OOP and secure coding practices.
Ability to produce maintainable, well‐tested and well‐documented code.
Strong debugging and problem‐solving skills, including log analysis and production investigation.
Confidence using AI coding tools effectively, including effective prompt writing and critical review of generated output.
Nice to have: Experience with AI‐assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
Nice to have: Familiarity with GraphQL.
