Synergie Australia is partnering with a leading national organisation to appoint an experienced People Systems & Analytics Manager, driving a key SuccessFactors transformation across the business.
Key parts
Pay: $1,300-$**** daily rate incl Super
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for permanent transition
Hours: ASAP start Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office)
Locations: North Sydney & Parramatta
Responsibilities
As a People Systems & Analytics Manager, you will support critical HR technology operations and a major SuccessFactors transformation project. You'll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to ensure the effective management and optimisation of enterprise people systems.
Lead the functional ownership of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and related modules.
Support Project Evolve, including the deployment of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Manage system enhancements, upgrades and quarterly SAP releases.
Provide senior-level support for complex HR and payroll system issues.




Ensure data integrity, compliance, governance and payroll accuracy across people systems.
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and external vendors to deliver system improvements and business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities and reporting enhancements.
Qualifications
Have extensive HRIS/People Systems experience within a large and complex organisation.
Possess hands‐on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (essential).
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management across HR, Payroll, IT and business functions.
Have experience managing system governance, change control, testing and release management processes.
Display strong analytical, problem‐solving and risk management capabilities.
Be confident operating as a senior functional SME within HR technology environments.
