Clerk Grade 9/10 - Salary from $129,464 ? $142,665 pa. + Super + Flex
Hybrid working arrangements can be supported for the right candidate.
About this role:
We have multiple Senior Project Officer opportunities to lead the delivery of the Farm Business Resilience Program . These roles will form the core leadership group of the program and will drive impactful outcomes for farm businesses across NSW.
As a multi-disciplinary team, we?re looking for our senior leaders to specialise in at least one of the following focus skillsets:
Communications and Engagement
? building trusted relationships with stakeholders and implementing communications strategies that connect farmers with the program.
Procurement and Contracting
? partnering with key delivery providers, ensuring strong contract management and value for money.
Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation
? turning data into insights to improve delivery excellence and shape the future direction of the program.
Delivery Coordination
? working with internal and external partners to align activities, promote collaboration and enable great results.
About You
Our Senior Project Officers bring enthusiasm, creativity, attention to detail and extensive project delivery experience to achieve exceptional outcomes for our customers and the department. They thrive when leading and supporting geographically dispersed teams, build solid relationships, and bring a clear vision for the future. Working across multiple teams, they are effective communicators and positive influencers who collaborate with others to drive success.
They are also comfortable navigating uncertainty and are energised by solving complex problems where the pathway isn't always clear.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience in an appropriate discipline including business, project management, primary production, animal science, community engagement/development and natural resource management.
Current NSW Driver?s License and ability and willingness to travel.
