Reporting to the CFO – APAC, this role partners with the Project Director and Project Managers, acting as the primary financial authority on the project, providing insightful analysis and trusted financial leadership.
As Project Financial Controller, you will be accountable for the financial control, forecasting, cashflow and commercial outcomes of the project. You will play a hands‐on role in driving financially informed decisions, managing risk and opportunity, and ensuring accurate, decision‐ready reporting.
This is a business‐partnering role that requires solid technical finance capability combined with the confidence to influence senior project stakeholders.
Other Key Responsibilities
Lead project financial control, governance, and performance monitoring
Prepare, review and challenge monthly forecasts, cost-to-complete and cashflow
Support and challenge monthly valuations, claims and cashflow forecasts
Maintain and continuously improve monthly and weekly cashflow forecasts
Support monthly project review presentations and executive reporting
Assist with future tendering, pricing, variations and commercial evaluations
