CNC C, RPN Grade 5, Psychologist Grade 3 or Allied Health equivalent + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
About theRole:
The role focuses on project implementation and evaluation of occupational violence and aggression (OVA) initiatives to support improvement using evidence-based models and research literature to inform practice. The position works collaboratively with teams and managers to introduce, implement and evaluate new projects to improve patient and staff safety. The role also supports the delivery of education and specifically provides support as required to the facilitation of the Reframe virtual reality OVA training for workers. The role providing expert support for OVA-related projects as required.

AboutYou:
You are an experienced clinical leader and project manager with a proven ability to implement, evaluate, and continuously improve occupational violence prevention initiatives.
You are a skilled educator and relationship builder, capable of providing training, support, and guidance to diverse stakeholders.
Innovative, outcomes-focused, and highly organised, you have strong change management and communication skills and evaluation skills, with postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field preferred.
Your passion for workplace safety and commitment to evidence-based practice will contribute to meaningful and lasting organisational improvements.
