Senior Product Manager
to help lead the way.

What you'll be doing
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of product strategy from concept through to delivery, ensuring every initiative delivers value for both customers and the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Defining and executing product vision, strategy and long term roadmap
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, digital journeys and commercial outcomes
Leading product discovery through customer research, market insights and data analysis
Prioritising initiatives that maximise customer value and business impact
Collaborating with Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk and Customer teams to bring products to market
Using customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously optimise products




Exploring and implementing AI and emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency
What you'll bring
You'll be an experienced product leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
We're looking for someone with:
Significant Product Management experience within fintech, lending, payments or digital financial services
Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and customer-facing digital products
Strong commercial acumen with a customer first mindset
The ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross functional teams
A passion for innovation, AI and creating exceptional digital experiences
