Primary Objective: Under the direction of the Environmental Services Manager, the Supervisor will oversee the performance of employees and their productivity. Serving as an intermediary between the employees and senior management, the Supervisor will ensure daily activities of the Alice Springs Hospital Environmental Services cleaning staff adhere to, meet Alice Springs Hospital Environmental Services cleaning procedures, and Infection Prevention and Control policies, procedures and guidelines. This is a shift worker position with the expectation of working late shifts, afterhours, weekends and public holidays.
Remuneration Package: RDO - Remuneration Package $107,576 - $112,834 (including salary $90,946 - $95,468) Experience Level: Physical 7 - RDO
