We are currently recruiting for a Head of Fundraising to lead strategic fundraising growth to support our community programs and ensure sustainability.
Full time ongoing position (part-time considered) based in Notting Hill
Salary range: $130,000 - $140,000 plus super (plus salary packaging)
Up to $15,900 in salary packaging
We are seeking an experienced
Head of Fundraising
that will lead the strategic fundraising growth, build organisational fundraising capability and significantly increase income, community influence and philanthropic impact. The incumbent will drive scalable, sustainable and data‐led fundraising strategies across philanthropy, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, appeals and integrated campaigns.
This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
Demonstrated success developing and implementing fundraising growth strategies that have materially increased net income over multiple years
Experience growing fundraising income across one or more streams including philanthropy, grants, corporate partnerships, appeals, regular giving, digital and community fundraising
Robust analytical capability, including budgeting, forecasting, ROI assessment, performance reporting and using data and market insights to guide strategy
Excellent written communications skills, including the ability to develop persuasive cases for support, proposals and impact reports
Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple strategic projects and competing deadlines
