including generating calculation sheetsCreate BOQs, incorporating client variations from tendersCheck tender documentation, contract drawings, and colour selection schedules for accuracy and consistencyCalculate preliminary profit margins and check subcontractor claims related to variationsSupport timely preparation of production estimates by updating estimating logs and workflowsCollaborate effectively to troubleshoot and resolve preconstruction and on-site issues, supporting the Site Manager and Customer Service Consultants (CSCs) in addressing customer queries and communicating with external contractors/vendors where requiredAnswer all incoming calls promptly and direct to the appropriate personTake messages (name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon) and direct to the appropriate personOrganise and coordinate any requirements of Estimating and Procurement teamProvide administrative assistance to Estimating Department (e.g. handling correspondence, inputting data, typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, mail outs)Provide administrative assistance with procurement tenders and analysis administrative supportEnter Estimator's worksheets onto systemAbout YouThis position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong communication skills, a solid commitment to compliance,
