About the role:
This role puts you at the centre of the customer journey, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting purchases they will make.
Day to day, you will be the face of the dealership:
Welcoming customers and understanding their needs to match them with the right vehicle from a strong new car lineup
Conducting engaging vehicle demonstrations that bring the product to life and build buyer confidence
Managing your own pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and referrals so your effort directly drives your income
Preparing accurate sales documentation and coordinating smooth vehicle handovers that leave customers delighted
Collaborating with finance and aftersales teams to deliver a complete ownership experience
Contributing to a positive, supportive showroom culture where the team celebrates each other's wins
About you:
You bring a genuine interest in people and a track record of closing sales with integrity, not pressure.
More about you:
Previous experience in automotive or high-value retail sales gives you a head start in this role




Your communication style adapts naturally to different customers, from first-time buyers to experienced enthusiasts
Comfortable working towards targets, with the self-motivation to manage your own time effectively
A current Queensland driver's licence is essential to conduct test drives
Strong attention to detail when handling paperwork means nothing falls through the cracks
A commitment to doing right by the customer, because repeat business and referrals are the foundation of long-term success here
