Our Future Frontline Leaders Program is designed for ambitious, people-focused professionals with early leadership experience who want to build a long-term career in Supply Chain.

This isn't a typical future leader program.
You'll gain hands‐on leadership experience in real operational environments and take ownership of meaningful work whilst learning from experienced leaders across our business.Through four six‐month rotations, you'll build a broad understanding of our end-to-end Supply Chain while developing the skills, confidence and capability to become one of CCEP's future leaders.You'll Gain:Tailored leadership and development experiencesExposure across Manufacturing, Logistics, Equipment Services (EQS)



and Operational ExcellenceOpportunities to lead teams and deliver real business outcomesMentoring, coaching and buddy supportExposure to senior leaders and executivesA strong qualified network across CCEPRotations May Include:Northmead – Manufacturing & Operational ExcellenceEastern Creek – Preform ManufacturingNorthmead, Eastern Creek & Arndell Park – LogisticsNorthmead & In‐Field Operations – Equipment Services (EQS)What We're Looking ForWe're interested in your potential as much as your experience and ideally you'll have one to five years of experience leading frontline or customer facing teams.Ideally you will either have had some prior experience in operational environments where you have led or coached others, or you have a strong desire to lead and inspire others.You'll bring:A passion for leadership and developing peopleEffective communication and teamwork skillsResilience, adaptability and a growth mindsetCuriosity and a drive for continuous improvementAnalytical problem‐solving capabilityConfidence using technology and digital toolsA desire to challenge thinking and make a positive impactProcess & TimelineApplications close on Friday 14th August, with an Assessment Centre scheduled for Wednesday 26th August at Northmead.
